When One Truly Understands Religion

If one understood religion, the person can only grow spiritually from thereon.

Suddenly, the person would find that emancipation has happened; no ritual or rite now binds the person anymore. He has traveled beyond that. The person has now become a benevolent self.

Such an emancipated person is not a slave to one or the other God. Such a person has inhaled the fragrance of Godliness has tasted the nectar peace and harmony and is drunk with the elixir of goodness and humanity.

Such a person, now, cannot despise other human beings. All forms of life are now sacred for him. Such a person greets the animate and the inanimate as the gift from the Divine.

Such an enlightened person is always happy and content as he is now devoid of competition/rivalry of any kind, yearnings and cravings do not come in his way. His life has now become a moment-to-moment-to-moment journey.

A spiritual person lives in the present. For him, Life is present and continuous.

You will always find people saying “In the good old days”, “In the olden days” life was meaningful. Such people believe that in the bygone days were full of “Happiness” and science tells us happiness will come tomorrow-with newer gadgets and newer things.

But spirituality tells us that happiness can be experienced only in the present moment. One does not need to seek it. Happiness is our innate nature. It has been around since Time came into existence. One just needs to soak oneself in this bliss.

Happy and joyful persons find surreal effulgence around everything that is there on this earth.
